At the VFW Run Club, we are dedicated to fostering a supportive environment for runners of all levels. We cultivate a training mindset that enables members to tackle daily physical challenges as well as promote fellowship with like-minded individuals familiar with military life-styles to help participants maintain better mental and emotional balance.
